We can assist investors in conducting non-patent intellectual property assessments of potential portfolio companies. This analysis includes:

  1. reviewing employment, invention assignment, and non-disclosure agreements signed by past or present employees and consultants, and any documentation relating to the transfer to the Company or to any employee of any technology
  2. compiling a list of all intellectual property owned by the Company or used in its business (including, without limitation, patents, mask works, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, etc.), and a list of any searches relevant to such items, and
  3. reviewing licenses or agreements of any kind with respect to the Company's or others' copyright, trade secret or other proprietary rights, proprietary information or technology.
